At Taly Yachts, we prioritize your satisfaction and safety. Below are the details of our refund policy:

Refund Policy

Client Cancellations:

 

Cancellations made 30 days or more before your trip are eligible for a partial credit toward a future charter.

 

• Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable, as crew, scheduling, and vessel arrangements have already been finalized.

 

• Deposits are non-refundable once a yacht has been reserved, as coordination and administrative costs are immediately incurred.

 

Booking Confirmation & Deposits:

 

• All bookings require a deposit to secure the yacht and confirm the reservation date.

 

• Once a yacht has been reserved, deposits are non-refundable, as administrative, coordination, and owner reservation costs are immediately incurred.

 

• Deposits may be transferred to another date approved in writing by TALY Yachts Miami.

 

Force Majeure & Operator Changes:

 

• TALY Yachts is not liable for schedule changes or cancellations caused by weather, mechanical issues, or owner-related circumstances. In such cases, TALY will work to provide the next best available solution.

Weather Refund Policy

Refunds due to weather are based on Google Weather App data for Miami Beach and are subject to the following conditions:

Rain Conditions:

  • This percentage is calculated as an average of the hourly rain probability for the total rental duration.

  • A refund will be issued if there is an 80% chance of rain or higher during the rental period.

Wind Conditions:

  • A refund will be issued if winds reach 25 mph or higher during the rental period.

  • This is calculated as an average of the hourly wind speed for the duration of the trip.

Additional Notes

  • All weather-related refunds are determined using the hourly forecast data from the Google Weather App for Miami Beach.

  • Refunds will be processed promptly after verification of conditions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Catering Services

  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the catering date are eligible for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the catering date are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling commitments.

  • For any changes or special requests, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
